For a service contract concluded remotely with a consumer, a fourteen-day period applies from the conclusion of the contract, subject to the exceptions provided by law.

The loss of the right of withdrawal can only occur under the conditions provided by law, in particular after express consent to start and acknowledgment of its consequences.

The request must specify the order address, the order reference, the site concerned, and the requested decision. No card number or secret must be communicated.

When a refund is due, it is made via the original payment method within the applicable legal timeframe, unless expressly agreed otherwise for another method at no extra cost.
